Supports up to 2×6K@60Hz displays on Macs with M4/M5 chips or earlier Pro/Max chip models.

Single Display on Mac
Supports one high-performance display (up to 6K@60Hz) on base M1, M2, or M3 Mac models.

Ports & Connectivity
High-Speed USB-C Expansion Ports
Multiple downstream USB-C expansion ports supporting up to 100Gbps bandwidth via dynamic bandwidth boost technology.

Usage Scenarios
Connect up to two displays via USB-C or via USB-C to HDMI/DisplayPort adapters (sold separately).
Connect high-speed peripherals such as external storage devices, AI acceleration enclosures, or graphics expansion units.
Note: External graphics acceleration is not currently supported by macOS.

Display Connection Options
Displays with high-speed interface or USB-C ports can be connected using full-featured USB-C or high-speed interface cables.
Displays with HDMI or DisplayPort ports can be connected via USB-C to HDMI or USB-C to DisplayPort cables/adapters (sold separately).
